Sorry, don't see a s over s, but then I have only been in coins since 1947.

 

Sometimes I think these arrors are a case of, You see what you want to see.

It (the doubling) appears quite clear when put it under higher (10x) magnification, but then I can't get steady pictures which show it. Much clearer than many VAMs which receive the same designation.

No doubling on mine, that was one of the first things I checked.
