Have some time to kill so I figured I would stop by the bank and exchange 4 one dollar bills into 1 nickel roll and 4 cent rolls. Teller had the "Jesus you people again" look on his face, but whatever lol. I just told him "get me some rolls dawg!"
They act like its coming from their pay, I thought thats what they do at the bank, Help Out Customers .. Isn't that why they work there, to get a pay check . Some peoples kids . Lol ...
Rick, if I saw you coming, I'd go to lunch, or take a break, or go count toilet paper rolls or something! Chris
Did you search the rolls in the bank parking lot? Wait let me put it in real time. Are you searching the rolls in the bank parking lot? That would be funny if you took them back in there and got your dollar bills back.
Tell them you want a refund, to man Thats an excellent anwser there Chris, I'm still laughing my butt off .. Great reply ...
I started to haha. Then I left and continued at red lights all the way to my destination where I ended up finishing. As funny as that would be to return them right there, I wouldn't do that. I'll either dump them elsewhere or if I do return them to same branch I would do it on a different day.
Ok here are the results from the rolls in first post... 25 pre-1982 copper cents 1948 Nickel (got one of these just a few months ago) 1960 Nickel 2004 Peace Medal Nickel 2004 Keelboat Nickel 2009 Lincoln Bicentennial (log house)
Well things just got a little more interesting. Unlike the 1948 nickel I got a few months ago (which was Philadelphia minted), this one was minted in San Francisco. Red book has it as a mintage of 11,300,000. Not real low, but lower than P & D.
