I think it has a lot to do with your activity. Have you been buying anything? Try stopping, and I bet you get some offers.
I had one that expired at midnight for 5x off anything over $100. That's my first one since I got my ebay bucks.
Nothing here, as I've often complained, even though my buying has fallen back to perhaps one-tenth what I was spending when I was getting the offers.
I have not been buying much on eBay, so it isn't that they don't bother because I'm spending already. I haven't been shopping much without buying, either. Maybe that's it. If they watch your search vs. purchase habits and see that you look a lot without buying, then send you some temptation. <shrug> Rob
I just used my 5x this week to complete my NGC MS64 date set and scored an awesome deal on a 1928-S that has some nice toning to it.
I was offered 5X good for 5/19 - 5/20, and had some irons in the fire, hoping to consummate a deal or two before the opportunity passed, but ended up not buying anything. I didn't get their eBucks, but they didn't get my money either . . . some other time.
