is that (what appears to be) cloudiness on the coin or the 2x2?

 

Well that's why I'm asking if you think it's a proof 70 or lower?

 

Hate to sound repetitive but..... that's why I'm asking whether or not the cloudiness is on the coin or the 2x2, grade hangs in the balance if it's on the coin.

 

You know now that I say that above ^ and re-look at the pictures. Is that actually in a 2x2? At first when I looked at it, it appeared so, now it almost looks like it's in a slab.
Now my question is, are you looking to purchase this coin and are seeing if others agree or...???

Depends on the grading com. Ngc almost chance at all,pcgs highly unlikely.Send in 99 more with it 1 or 2 might get a 70
