Hey folks, I know there are a variety of sites where one can search basically a yellow-page listing of local coin shops. But I thought I would check to see if there are any Michiganders on here that have some experience with local shops in the Southeastern Michigan area. I find word-of-mouth and personal recommendations far exceed random yellow page visits. Thanks!
Lotsa luck. I'm familiar with the area, but I never found any good coin shops. I'd try Ann Arbor if I were you.
The coin exchange in Center-line Michigan, been a couple of years since I've been there, but I've known the owner for over 40 years . Great guy to deal with ....

Ann Arbor stamp & coin across from Arborland. Pete is the owner, Henry knows a lot about coins and history. Is up-stairs so you have to be able to do stairs.
