Strike doubling on the quarter, and on the cent, might be post strike, or a cud, not sure by the photo.
On most cuds that large, the spot opposite to the cud on the reverse would be very weak. I think I actually see that weakness on the bottom of the reverse though, kind of hard to tell due to the wear though

As mentioned the quarter is Machine Doubling Damage also known as strike doubling. The cent is just Post Strike Damage.
