Ok now I want share this , can some one tell me what I got here . I got his State quarter about 9 years ago form ebay .
Huh? I thought the definition of a broadstrike was struck without a collar? Maybe partial collar. We'd have to see the edge.
The reverse face was struck by a counterfeit die of relatively soft metal. The soft, blended overlap between primary and secondary elements is characteristic of these crude counterfeits.
I see no indication that this coin was struck out-of-collar. In other words, this is an alteration of a normal coin rather than an "enhanced error".
I don't think mike answered it , I also bring this coin to coin show today and ask few dealer too ,they all say this one are really nice , I should submit the coin
Mike Diamond is THE expert on varieties and errors. He gave a response so I believe him. NO dealer out there has close to the expertise as him. But hey, it's your money. Waste it by all means. The only problem I have is you keep asking for answers to coins and when you don't like the answer you blow it off.
There's a remote chance he will luck out with his submission. I've seen some surprisingly crude counterfeits and alterations in PCGS and NGC slabs. But that still won't make it a genuine error. It will only make it easy to palm off on some unsuspecting collector.
Thanks mike , I will take chance. I don't see any signs counterfeit or alterations on this coin, here no damage or anything it at MS + and weight at 5.7 gr and triple on 2006 is raising. It look much nice in hand.
