    Ok, when I was younger, I collected many coins, tokens, medals, and other memorabilia. After moving, I went digging for the case which held these treasures. I found it and looked through my belongings. Here is what I found;

    3-Two Dollar Bills-1976
    1 Susan B. Anthony Dollar-1979
    3 uncirculated Sacajewia Golden Dollars-2000
    2 Canadian Pennies-1977 and 1983
    10 Lincoln Pennies
    7 Wheat Pennies-1941, 1946, 1955,1953, 1955, 1945, 1940
    A dime
    2 Half-Dollars-1971 and 1980
    3 Italian Lira 100-1975, 1975, 1978
    Mexican 50 centavos-2000
    3 Italian Lira 200-1992,1995, 1978
    3 Italian Lira 500-1991, 1990, 1990
    3 Italian Lira 1000-1998, 1998, 1998

Someone tell me if I have anything rare. I still can't get over what I found.

Probably not, but you didn't post enough information to be sure about your 10 Lincoln cents or the dime.

If one of the cents is a 1909S, and the initials VDB are under Lincoln's neck, you have a probable winner, depending on condition.

If the dime is a 1916D you have a big winner, regardless of condition.

Lou,none of those Italian coins are scarce, nor are the 2 Canadian 1c. coins. The $1 coins & $2 banknotes are also not scarce. The U.S. $2 banknote is still collectable,as it is a cheap commemorative.

I believe the VDB was on the reverse at the 6 o'clock position just above the rim on the 09-S.

In 1918 it was moved to the obverse below the shoulder and just above the rim.

The 'VDB' is located at the top of the reverse on the 1909 VDB Wheat back 1c. coin.

I assumed that is where you'd find the 'VDB' on the reverse of the 1909 Wheat back 1c. coin.

It sounds like you are not up on grading of coins so let me explain something. Many coins are almost worth a fraction over face value if totally beat, worn, dented, etc. However, the exact same coin could be worth hundreds of dollars if in a mint state or extreamly uncirculated condition. You did not mention what condition your coins are in. As to the $2 bill, they are still available in many banks but no one wants them. Sort of like the baby dollar coins of late.
However, even if you don't know anything about what you have, keep them, look up more info on coin condions and possibly buy a book on them.

:thumb: Hey, even though they are not rare, still pieces of history, and if you like them, that is an added bonus. Keep collecting. ;)

Would have a pure copper core with clad layers that are 75% copper, 25% nickel. Overall by weight it would be about 88% copper, 12% nickel.
