Here is an odd one from the States of Jersey, a 1/26 of a Shilling, 1851. From what I inderstand the mintage was pretty low with only 173,333 minted. Ben
Ben,that is a very nice coin you have got there.Prior to 1877,there were 13 Jersey Pence in 1 Shilling.From 1877,the currency was reformed to bring it into line with the British system - 12 Pence = 1 Shilling.
