We have a private discussion going now also.
Just to be clear on the forum and for the record.

I did not venture off this site to send any messages or ill will towards anyone.
I did not contact him through his site or report it.
I would like that fact to come to light after we get to the bottom of this.

Or at least that's where their open proxy or hacked machine is located. I think the odds are against you, but I'll be absolutely delighted if you can track the harasser down. I have a particularly hard spot in in my heart for people whose anonymous online antics cause undeserved real-world damage.

Endeavor - I am sorry to hear someone is harassing you.

To everyone - if this cannot stay on topic and without mud slinging, I'll take action to resolve that.

Thank you to all for the kind words and support, especially those that contacted me directly to help. I am very grateful and proud to get to know some of you finer folks on here.

Anyway, the site is back up and running! Google was very helpful and understanding. There are some good people over there also.

In the end, the issue with the site taken down ultimately turned out better as I made some good connections. Funny how things work out sometimes in life.

You should 'give it up'. Your OP and subsequent posts were not justification enough to Block an ebayer with an outstandingly positive feedback history in just 7 months.
I would let him bid on and win my auctions. He and the contrarian posters in this thread are more right than you, as to that auction being more ambiguous than clear.

Unique designs you must have missed the moderator's post above. Your post is mud slinging also. Please read the rules, this is the last warning for anybody! Jim

Missing a post wouldn't be tough since reading 4 pages is a waste of time.
Addressing the OP On Topic to disagree can't be mudslinging.
He asked us to BLOCK someone with No Good Reason.
That's what my post replied to.
Where's the so-called slung mud. Point out/quote the verbiage.

As you said 4 pages of people taking one side or the other. Jumping in with a "me too" is flaming the coals. picking up old mud and re-throwing it,and no need as your post contributed nothing new. You said his opponents were "more right than him", but no reason, perhaps instead of saying mud, I should have said adding fuel to the fire.

We must be reading separate threads. I see an on topic post discussing his opinion of the op, that the buyer should be blocked or not. He added his opinion on topic. When professionals handle guns they keep their trigger finger on the side of the gun and only put it on the trigger when there is an intention to fire the weapon. Maybe you should think about that strategy.

Very well stated. The constant heavy hand and condescension does this site more harm than good. I'm sure I'm not the only person that could add a lot to the site but is very reluctant to post here based on these tactics that are so often seen.

Bingo. That was my biggest issue with OP. He asked demanded that everyone block this buyer for leaving a neutral (not negative) feedback when I felt seller had some blame. I don't buy the idea that a seller is naive enough to place "signs of cleaning" in description and condition line but not place it in title. I felt that was sneaky on their part and let it be known that I did't feel that was a good reason to demand someone be blocked.

If there was any chance that the seller could have been that naive as to leave cleaned out of the title, it became harder to believe as the discussion went on. The seller acknowledged that by placing rainbow toned in title it attracts more potential buyers. So hence suggesting they are aware putting cleaned would most likely turn off buyers. There's more but I'm not going to list all the things that give me reason to believe the seller is not so naive. You can just read all of their comments yourself on this thread. And even if the seller was naive, once his mistake was brought to his attention he should of owned up to it and acknowledged that blasting the buyer was a little too much.

Now with all that said, I never said seller had more blame then buyer. I do think buyer has equal (or more) blame. I don't know whether they have 60% or 80% or whatever % blame - I'll leave that to others to figure out. However, I stand by my belief that the buyer is not 100% to blame. For that reason alone, the seller should have never come on here and blasted them and demanded they be blocked.

To me this doesn't just apply to OP. If anyone tries to be a little sneaky (even if not full out deceitful) and it doesn't turn out the way they hoped, and then they demand that I punish someone else because their shenanigans didn't go the way they hoped, I'm gonna tell them to take their demand and shove it.
