A BoneDigger Contest -- Heatwave or ColdFront...

Well, it's been awhile since I've held a contest, so why not. Here is the contest and the prize. What will the high temperature farenheit be on May 1, 2007 in Wall, South Dakota. The cutoff for your guess will be April 20th. The prize will be a roll of wheatback cents or a (counterfeit) Morgan Dollar, your choice. Might be some good dates in the roll too.

All are encouraged to enter and only one guess will be accepted. If more than one guess is submitted then the highest temp submitted by the poster will be used in the competition. The collector who has the guess closest to the actual temp on Yahoo Weather will be the winner.

Again, the cutoff for guessing will be midnight (MST) April 20, 2007.

If two or more guess the same temperature and they happen to be closest on the 1st then the names will go into a hat for a random drawing.

47 f sounds good to me......then again there has been a recorded snowfall just about everyday of the year at some point in modern history I believe.

Smacking my crystal ball here. 63 degrees, partly sunny, winds out of the west at 16 mph.

My guess is 71 degrees F.
