They both appear to be fakes.

The weights and much, much better pics would help, but yes, they look like replicas.

These would be more Roman gold, if real, but really - we can't help you without good close-up images of both sides of the coins, their diameter in millimeters, and weight in grams.

They look fake to me, gold plated brass polished with some artificial patina

I've heard of a scam where people on the Mediterranean will offer to take tourists to a "secret" area with a bunch of "artifacts" for them to take for a small fee. If you or a someone you know took such an offer, I'm sorry to say that they got conned.

I have to agree with everyone else, they ALL appear to be replicas or fantasy pieces.

Photos of both sides of the tomb coins (obverse and REVERSE) and the weight and size would be very helpful as well---as JA and others have mentioned.

I would also like to know who found those two mint state coins in a 'tomb'? One again appears to depict Valens and I can't make out the other without my reading glasses....If any are genuine, it may be those two coins.....unless they have nude fantasy reverses too LOL.

    Like the first images, Fake!

  16. "Found in an old tomb" must be the equivalent to the American "part of an old estate."
