"hobo" on a 2005 nickel

    We all have goals and the subject on this nickel wants to be featured on a hobo postcard, Do you remember the old hobo postcards of yesterday when they were popular? Hobo postcards today are very collectible, so i thought it fitting to carve a subject for one, this was a original billzach design, i did not copy it..

    This one took about 3 hours to carve, but sometimes it takes as many as 30 hours to carve a very detailed coin.

    It took about 4 hours to carve the coin in my avatar.

    I,ve wanted to create a design for the mint, but i,m just a old ky hillbilly with not a lot of education, the mint wants people with degrees
