How I Went Medieval on Amazon!

I always thought those coins were so weird looking that I wanted one. Been wanting one for awhile but haven't gotten around to getting one. Nice OP coin and a good story. Nice coins everyone else.

I've always thought they were weird looking as well, but I have no desire to collect them either.

 

That's an impressive $25 find! Also, I like hearing stories of how coins are acquired. I've received free key chains as gifts, but none that I ever wanted to use. I'd definitely use the one she sent you.

Same here, also because the history doesn't appeal to me as much as Roman and medieval. But I do enjoy seeing Anoobs enthusiasm and passion with these and the other eastern coins he collects.

 

I have one example like Dougsmit's Parakramma Bahu II. I always called them maze coins.

I've had some oral surgery and complications that have been dragging on for a long, painful month. And I'm going back this morning for more, so it pretty much sums up how I feel at the moment.

I've 'heard' of it, but I didn't recall it 'cured' everything from pain, fever to even warts....but now extinct.

Well, there's still Vicodin!!
