1960 Proof Franklin with finger print. Acetone rinse or forget it?

    You can try some acetone, but I fear the print is 'old' and already etched into the coin. Nothing to be done in that case........call AFIS......we'll get this guy. :)

    You might was well use acetone. It won't remove the print already there, but it should keep it from getting worse.

    Xylene? That thing is on there. Right in the sweet spot.
