You mean NGC gave it like a PF63 CAM and PCGS gave it a PR65 CAM? Or something like that? The old holder and the gold CAC are gone I suppose.
NOS beat me to the punch - 'IMproperly cleaned', implies there is a 'proper cleaning' (I'M GUESSING CLEANING MORESO THAN JUST REMOVING OIL). But what's intriguing, is that the grader would further clean an improperly cleaned coin????? Do you get a DETAILED write-up w/ returned coin?
I'm not really seeing any evidence of cleaning in that pic, but the color on the obverse looks quite a bit lighter than on the reverse. Maybe that's why they tagged it?
