This is just sad...

Have a look at an off struck counter-brockage, on a struck coin. One of them COULD look a BIT like the coin pictured, although the pictured coin is obviously a fake.

AAGH, hope nobody tries doing this to half eagles! (Or quarter eagles, for that matter).

 

I've had several 11 cent pieces over the years...they're interesting and very easy to sell. The best ones exhibit the date from the cent AND dime. The last one I had brought around $600 as I recall.
