While my son and I have gone through a BUNCH of pennies, we've only come across (1) 2007. Is there a reason for this or are we just getting all old rolls? Haven't paid much attention to pocket change for 2007's but I know we've only come across one out of ALOT of rolls.
I haven't found any. Trust me, they'll be out be the bucket full soon. Just need time to circulate. Phoenix
i've gotton about 12 2007 cents. they have been minted, you just have to wait untill the bank orders them and puts them in circulation!

I had a lady call me today and she asked me a stupid question. Or at least I think it was. HER: How come my email dont work? ME: Who is your internet providor and how do you receive your email.? new pennies from my experience, most banks in my area get by on recycled cents, but there is at teast one bank in town that will order in new ones. it's just the luck of the draw sometimes.
Goto the yellow pages and lookup banks. Call around to the local branches. Start with the smaller banks first as they tend to have better customer service. Ask them point blank if they have any new rolls of 2007 pennies. Most will gladly ask their tellers if they are getting any and will even set some aside for you, even if you are not a customer. If a bank treats you well when you are not a customer, it may be enough of an incentive to move your son's savings account to that bank and start using it to look for your future coins. Good Luck
I've seen post like this and my neighbors also have asked if anyone has seen any of them. Not sure why but it appears many people are waiting for the 2007 ones for some fantastic change or something. No, I haven't seen on yet either.
Ive gotten many 2007 P & D 's in my pocket change within last month here but havent gotten any lately in last 2 weeks. I live in Iowa
Seeing tons of 2007 D cents here, and Montana quarters... haven't seen any other 2007 coins yet though. Being close to Denver I think accounts for the fact that new coins tend to show up quickly here.
What did I Find Pretty much the usual. Some wheats, a die gouge error, greese strike where the last 2 numbers of the date are missing/very light, my sun found a 1906 Indian head. thats pretty much it. I was hoping for an 84 double ear or a 83 DD obverse or something like that, but still haven't found those sort of things.
