Coin id help

    Hey my family was going through our granddads collection and came upon this coin. We have several these but none that our stamped like this. Any help with why its stamped with a 13?

    Unfortunately, just a damaged silver dollar now, bullion-grade.

    It was absolutely done after it left the US Mint.
