Wow; I guess the best free advertising on here is to slam a company and all the optimists and happy people will come out and say wonderful things about a company....and yes the thread goes on AND the company is named which is sans the rules according to some????

Are you saying that it is okay to take potshots and run? Did you read his other thread before it was nuked? Have you read his same thread on NGC? Did you notice that he didn't answer any questions? What do you expect others to think?

No! What he said was that BECAUSE someone took an unsubstantiated pot shot at ANACS, many others have come out to defend and support the company. i.e. his attempt to slam the company has resulted in more good publicity for the company than if he had not posted.

That being said, I have no idea why naming the company is "sans the rules according to some".

 

When Desertgem spoke of mentioning names, I don't think he meant a company name. I suspect in the first deleted post he was mentioning individual people by name in a disparaging way. Can;t say for sure because I don't believe I saw the first post.

 

I should have made myself more clear. It was the naming of specific individuals with that company that lead to my warning. It is OK to post good or bad feeling towards a company, although I doubt much would come of it in favor of the poster. Once is understandable, but when it is multiple threads, postings , it is a rant and will be removed or edited. I last sent a coin to ANACs back when they paperclipped the flip to b/w photo and issued separate grade for the obv/rev.

 

But Jim, in those days before the Pony Express, you could say anything you wanted if the person wasn't close enough to shoot you.
