PresidentialDollars-"The Eyes Have it"?

I was hoping someone might enlighten me on this. Was it by design or a die defect/chatter of some sort that leaves the pupils of the eyes completely removed from the actual center of the eyes? I can't figure this one out. Thanks.

They look more like old age skin tags.

 

Tommy, go to the mirror and turn your head slightly to the left, then move your eyes so that you are looking straight at your face in the mirror. This is the same thing you see on the coin. If Madison had been looking straight ahead, his eyes would be centered.

Do you mean the white dots above and just left of the pupils? The pupils are those black circles.

 

Yeah, and he's still with us. Too bad about Marty.

 

No matter where I go on the screen, his eyes are following me....get it to stop!
