    Hello
I found a collection of coins in the attic of my family's home. I know little. Many, many wheat backs separated in envelopes from 1909 to 1958. Even one that reads 1907 Indian. Proof sets, Liberty walking coins, books with buffalo nickles and dime's. And stuff in envelopes with no markings. Box weighs about 35 lbs. I have very little clue. Do I keep them or take the time to see what's there? Many tubes (about 25) of wheat back's.
    Any sugestion may be helpfull.
    Thanks in advance
    Scott

Pictures would be nice and yes. Always take the time to look. You never know what rarity there might in there.

The best suggestion I have is to provide pictures to this thread if you hope to gain anything useful from your question.

Be especially careful with the stuff in envelopes. Somebody took the time to keep these out of the general herd.

Handle coins with cotton gloves, fingerprints are no bueno.

Lots of key dates and better dates in those coin series you listed and its a big list really but here's a few to get you started.

1909 svdb lincoln as well as the early teen d,s mint wheats are generally good ones to have.

1913 type two d,s buffalo nickels and pre 1927 s mint buffs.

    1916 to 1921 p,d,s half dollars
