1959 Dime what caused this?

    It is still PMD - The damage was caused when it was being packaged not during the Mint Milling process. :rolleyes:

    I'm sure it's real common. Show me your 1959 mint set with the same defect.

    Sorry my reply was so short. It is a bit cool to actually know what caused the damage. Most of the time, one can only guess.

    No biggie. Anyone else have any mint sets with coins packaged incorrectly or damaged? Would be neat to see some others!
