Help with Pfenning (?) ID

    Can somebody help me identify this coin ?

    Is not mine, so it's the only picture I have (I know is not the best)

    What I can read:

    PECTEN PFENNING [Sun, Moon and starts]

    MIH [Ship and shield(?)]

    Size: 18 mm.

    I believe it is German but that is all the help I can offer

    Pfennig is German. I believe these were made in the 1800s and were issued by Ludwig Lauer.

    That is a Rechenpfennig, ie. a token used for calculations, apparently issued by Habelt. The "Plus Ultra" and the ship seem to be a reference to Spanish coinage, but I don't know if there is any particular coin from Spain that could have been the model for this piece.     This is a copy of Nuremberg jetons/rechenpfennige made in Vienna, Austria.
    Reported at page 11 in "Wiener Rechenpfennige und Spielmünzen im 18. und 19, Jahrhundert" by Franz Würschinger (1943).
    It is not sure who MIH is.....
