It's not the proof coin it's the set.
It was called the US Presidential $1 coin Historical signature set.
The intaglio print was done by the BEP. And it's very nicely done!

I love the picture George Washington off his horse in the snow praying. That is powerful.

Real nice copy of the Lafayette Dollar - Maybe, someday I will own the real one but I still like looking at the copy.
