I just thougt I'd let you folks know that I got email confirmation that my subscription ASE proofs have shipped. This is way earlier than past years, usually been in June. Thanks, Douglas

I know those didn't ship...

I just went to the Mints site, to the S.A.E.s page, clicked on Proofsand it says...

Product will be available for shipping 04/12/2007.

 

My subscriptions are the same as the one above.

 

I believe the orders that list $0.00 are just electronic notifications that you have the subscription. All my subscriptions said that. My shimpent of ASE does have a tracking number. I used it and found it shipped yesterday

 

My proofs have a trackign number, for what it is worth, and my unc's show shipped individually with no tracking # Time will tell

 

Sweet.... So it sounds like a few of you are getting ready to get them...

I'll keep an eye open for mine, but I'm not expecting them in the next few days...

 

I had a feeling this was the case. I signed up for the subscription on the morning the ASE Proof was to be released to avoid any issues with high order traffic. I hope that does not come back to haunt me as far as delivery dates. I will keep my fingers crossed...

Wonder how you can see where your order stands for subscriptions? With normal orders they give you an estimated shipping date, how about subscriptions?

 

Just as a test, I've had a subscription for something, say Proof Sets, then the day they were released, I went and Manually ordered three more... I got those before my Subscription sets...

I've done that more than once...

I don't think the subscriptions are a sure thing as far as sell outs and high demand Items I just think they are good, so you don't forget to order something....

 

That's exactly why I don't bother with the subscriptions and just order manually. That, and I don't like anything going against my account automatically if I can help it (I don't have true credit card; I buy things with my debit card that comes straight out of my checking account).

 

Did you see where the mint is not going to set mintage amount. That could be bad if they flood the market with 2007 Proof ASE and not fair to collectors.

 

hmmm, Not sure they (the Mint) really care..

I mean I'm sure they love and respect the collecter, as thats the hand that feeds them, but in the end, its about the Bottom line....

icalled the mint yesterday and they said min would be shipped 3/30/07 i will just have to wate and see

 

I got my shipping confirmation number today on my silver proofs also. All else is on hold. The date shipped is listed as 3-30

 

They have already deducted the money on my bank account but it said my shipment was on hold.

 

Received my proof coin and shipment notice today. Too many mint coins denting my budget - but gotta have em.

 

My ASE proofs arrived yesterday, at least two months earlier than past years. Subscriptions are the way to go, it's a no-brainer. Thanks, Douglas

 

Mine show shipped and they now have a tracking Number, but its not trackable...

 

I DID NOT do the subscription for the proofs. I ordered ten the first day they became available and they we're shipped out yesterday, so I'm not sure if the subscriptions help getting them quicker or not.

 

Friend Nick, I wasn't refering to the speed of the deliverly this year due to the fact I had a subscription. Subscription or not, the ASE proofs are available much earlier this year. I have had this particular subscription for several years now and what I like about the mint's subscription program is you don't even have to think about getting the different issues that you desire, the fact I have the subscription makes it a no-brainer.
