The strange shape and lettering of this ancient coin made me curious and eager to find out what it's all about. It weighs 3.9 g. Could anyone recognize anything please? .
Nabataean! The letters on the reverse (first pic) are gimel, mem, lamedh, taw, read right-to-left, making it a coin of Rabbel II, whose queen was GAMILAT. You can read all about it on my website here.
My set of Rabbel II bronze is actually pretty nice. If you're patient, you can come across some attractive coins that have clear details.
God, you're like a fricken Nabataean salesman!! ... dude, take a breath an push-away from the keyboard!! ... just jokes ... Bring-it (we're obviously eatin' it!!)
