Wow you guys are not going to believe what is coming. I will say that I had to get it just to actually see it in hand. It is the LOWEST grade slab I have.......at least it does CAM.
Old saying you don't want anything done on a Monday or Friday. Maybe why the grade you're saying Lowest.
I'm guessing PR-63 but only because of the fine marks on the front and back that look like star fields.
My guess is pf 64 cam obverse might grade 66 with scraches in right field/reverse if that's a milk spot on top brings it down
That would be a PR-66 if it were a nineteenth century coin, but because of the large number of high grade proof Kennedy's, you end up with what I consider to be comparitive grading rather than technical grading. Just for comparison though (and because I like showing it), this Morgan dollar was a PR-64 CAM.
@Ethan , your coin appears to have a contact mark/scratch on Kennedy's neck. I didn't notice it as much in your first picture, but it stick's out when you posted the graded pic. There also appears to be a mark on his jaw as well. I can see why it only graded 64.
