Are these coins real? overpriced?

Hello. I am total newbie in term of numismatic.

I just want to own some coins from the era of the Byzantine Empire from 330-1204 CE.

I have found a place where I am comfortable to deal with, but I still want to ask some with routine here.

I want to know if I have paid overprice? It is not a big problem as I am welling to pay a little more, but I still want to know it if I did.

I want also to know if these 3 coins I have purchased are genuine? It means everything to me that these coins are real, otherwise I will return them.

The 3 coins I have bought are:

AE Follis Maurice Tiberius, Antioch 582-602 A.D. VF dark patina 16 euro/ 17,5 usd

AE Follis Justinus II, Theoupolis (Antioch) 565-578 A.D. VF 18 euro/19,7 usd

AE Follis Justinus II, Nicomedia 565-578 A.D. VF 19 euro/ 20,8 usd



I am only doing this because I like Byzantine history and because i want to own some of its history.

as far as i can tell, those are all genuine coins....and nice. the price you paid is very good i would say.

they look really good and you got a fantastic price. very affordable. its great to own this history for such little money. every 50 - 60 years more coins vanish, tossed away or just left to exist under the ground. it is good to have a collection.

I don’t want to create another thread, so I am just going to post it here.

Can anyone here with routine confirm that the follis here is Justinian? His name is gone, and I have tried to make comparison to other coins minted in Constantinople and in year 20 during the reign of Justinian. – But I just failed.

I do intend to buy it.

that seems a reasonable price, and i'm pretty sure it's justinian.

 

In the description from the seller he writes that the coin has been minted in year 20. – I also think I saw an “I” under the two X’s, but I ignored it as I assumed the seller knew better. – Thanks for the notion, Ancientnoob



I have purchased that Justinian ancient. – Since I should pay for the shipment and I already wanted a Constantine too I purchased that one as well from the same store(picture below in that link):

I did find a Danish numismatic store which had 7-8 of Constantine, but the price was between 40-80 in Euro. - And their grades were even not close to that one I bought above but perhaps they were rare in which I don’t value high.

 

I think the price is too high for this era of coin; however, I will admit that it is in great condition with good detail.

 

Is that price high even if the coin is in that condition? - In any case, as long as the price is not ridiculous high I can live with it.
