In my opinion, no it isn't. I've been through quite a few '82's myself that I thought were possibilities and none of them panned out. They're kind of frustrating. Let us know what Mike says.
Yes it could be extreme plating doubling or something. It all goes to the south. The first T in trust looks like a separation line horizontally
