A few from the 70's (Canada)

    One cent coins. Some damaged during striking process, one clipped and another missed the dies / blank. Are these considered collectable? Thanks in advance.

    Welcome to CT.
    Your second photo looks more like a capped die but better photos would be needed.
    If you can remove it from the plastic and get a good photo, members here could better evaluate it for you.
    If you have a newer phone, maybe try this.

    I should add that these were removed from bank issued rolls in 1979, and were never in circulation.

    New coin? or same reverse?
    That looks like an early stage capped die.

    A capped die, Could simply be die deterioration
