Does anyone have info on uncut sheets of money? Are they favored as collectables and if so, what do you think the future holds for them as far as premiums.:eek:dd:

I wouldn't buy them from the BEP. Most dealers sell them for a small premium over face value, when they have them.

The popularity of uncut sheets in my country, Singapore, is also bad. Most of them turn uncut sheets into individual banknote and sell them away. Some have special priinting such as 30th Anniversay. In fact, if the printed commemorative words appear between two banknotes, they will turn it into a two piece uncut sheet. Only a small group of interested buyers. In general uncut sheet are not popular unless there is something special with the serial numbers.

Thank you tradernick. See323 tried to go to your link but it took too long to download. I'll try again later. Thank you.

Lynn, there is a section that lists uncut sheets of banknotes in the Pick catalogues under 'Collector Issues' in the back of each country's chapter.

Some people over here do collect them, but generally, they are not popularly collected.

If you are using a broadband connection, you should not have a problem. I assume you are referring to the downloading of the flash shows in my website. But it is worth the wait.

Ive seen the un-cut sheets on ebay, but I didnt buy any yet. its just overcharging for something thats worth face value. I like two dollar bills, but the only $2 bills that are worth paying over face are the bep packs of the 1976 issue, IF you can find them.
