Black or dark brown dime

Now that I think I've figured it out, how to take pics, I'd like your opinion about this 1984 d dime it looks like part of the "in" and "we are missing.

I don't think you need to try again, but if you do I will give you honest and accurate information

 

Dime? Is that a dime? I don't have good enough vision to verify that photo was a dime.

Too out of focus for me but I can tell you that the color is environmental damage.
