1853 New Orleans Seated liberty half dime.

    It's my first half dime and I think it's in pretty nice shape

    Your welcome I got it for $10 do you think that it was a good deal? I don't really know because I have never bought a half dime.

    I'm sure others will shortly chime in...but I believe you got an EXCELLENT deal on it.
    Since lower fine grades sell for $20-$50 and I would guess yours is somewhere in the middle...either way, your cost was a bargain for a 1853-O....and looks terrific as well !!!!!...Of course, if graded and certified, surface alterations (cleaning etc) could drop the value to $20 or a bit lower....

    I also need an album, I just restarted a 'Type Collection' myself.

    Relatively yes...more than you paid for the coin...maybe 2 or 3 times as much.
