Hello all, see pic's. I found this 1990 penny. Soo... Is this a grease fill? maybe a pmd? or a clash. Wait.. I know.... another coin roll machine. Maybe it is the copper plating?

The is called die deterioration. You can find it often on the Zincolns on the devices closest to the rims. On the obverse left side of LIBERTY, Right side of the date and on the tops of the motto. This die wear starts to show up on the LDS-VLDS die examples.

The 1989's design for the reverse is different. (RDV-006) The devices are a lot larger than the previous design. (RDV-005)
