Edit: I stand corrected I was under the impression that we were talking about small size notes.
But yes they did print a large size $2 note

 

So now you understand thank god this website keeps kicking me off when trying to upload a pick the editor needs to fix this problem

Yes I understand we are in a thread about SMALL size silver cert notes
and your said you had a $2 silver cert which they DID NOT print.

BUT in a LARGE size horse blanket they DID print a silver cert.

I like the crisp 1957b and the 1957 star.

Nice additions UCC...all collections should have a few paper currency examples...I'm replacing those I sold by including an example of numerous denominations as part of my overall 'Type Collection'.....purchased a few CSA, but lost out on bids for a few 'horse blankets'.....Always loved the artistry on the older bills.

Are you sure you are not talking about these? Not a silver certificate though.



The only two dollar silver certifactes were made in the 1800's in large size.
