What date do you see on this V nickel ?

    My tired old eyes can not determine if this is an 1885 or 1895 V Nickel. What are your thoughts of date and grade ?

    1895. Obviously, we would need pictures of the entire coin (both sides) in order to grade.

    1895. I see hairlines which make me think it was cleaned. I'm thinking "Good Details, Cleaned."
