    Pictures aren't sharp enough to give a definitive grade. Also, I see damage on the obverse extending from the ear to between stars 2 & 3.
    If you want to learn more about grading early copper, I suggest http://www.eacs.org/GradingGuide/GradingGuide.html
    For valuation (after determine detail—and due to damage—net grade), you should see what variety the coin is. Some varieties (not listed in the Red Book) can have substantial premiums over what the Red Book (or Grey Sheet) says.
