My guess would be a Russian, Czech or Ukrainian Token, but that's just a guess. Value, I have no idea but my guess would be between $3 and $10. You may even get more depending on the collector of course. Is it silver?
1893 in this little world book has that with a Astrid for low mintage normally or proof coin that wasn't made for normal circulation. Nice Australian 2 heller !!
I don't see anything about proofs made for the 1896. The only really low mintage was the 1892 at 260,000... I'm seeing 43 million for this one.
Whitman edited it not me * was on 1892 2 heller . 1896 is the coin shown I just added what Whitman noted.It's not anything like world book encyclopedia of coins.its a small papeback 1850 - 1964 Km# do match if that helps.
Okay, you were just discussing the 1892; I thought you were telling the OP that he had a proof coin that was circulated. Sorry, I'm easily confused sometimes.
