Possible RPD 1819 large cent

i just won this large cent. I know it's seen better days but for 8 dollars I figured it's a shot. The angle they took the pic in looks like a RPD on the 1 and 9. What do you guys think?

I'm not sure about RPD but I do know that $9 was a pretty good deal.

Looks like a n-8, I believe it is just damage you see at date !

 

Does the N-8 mean anything? I always ay I'm going to get a book and learn but not sure that will ever happen.
