Now that's interesting about the PCGS Rep's.....

I have to agree on the coin, harshly cleaned is an understatement and with taking away so much detail, hard to say for me at least whether or not it's fake. I'll be interested to see the outcome.

I'm not sure if its genuine or chinese (can't tell for certain either way from the pictures).

However, the pictures show an AU coin that, while it has probably been messed with, appears market acceptable.
