Looks like a combination of Post Mint Damage (PMD) and some Machine Doubling (MD). Search either one for more info on that type of condition.
Great - you can't find if you don't look! Just think how many people had DD coins pass through their hands because they have no knowledge of what to look for? Congrats!!
As in, "Uh oh, it's the pain with the microscope again?" Nah, of course not! Your pictures are very good, though. You stumble on one, we'll see it in your pictures. Just keep looking.
What you have there appears to be "Die deterioration doubling." When a die gets old, the details get a bit mushy and distorted, from the wear of striking so many coins. You then start to get secondary ghost images around the devices that looks a bit like doubling.
