Looks good to me, by the pics. None of the usual obvious fake indicators. Though, I would inspect it real close in-hand if 97-O pricing was involved.
I can't tell with all the PMD done to it , looks strange to me.l personal would not buy it. If given or free yeah I take it. But something looks off maybe it's the damage. With the mintage and value one would bring in Vf./Xf. Cond. I would pass for sure.
