    The mint mark is split plating. As far as the "O" goes, it's hard to tell from the photo. It could be a die gouge or, as already mentioned, a plating blister.

    I baught a bag of 50 random unc coins in mint cello hopeing to get mostly pennies and dimes for my albums i dont have a album for jeffersons yet. im happy with what i got now i gotta find something to put nickles in got a few nice higher grade pennies. ................... they coins pictured where the first two pennys i looked at

    That last coin pictured was struck through a thin layer of grease.
