I have to pose this question on the op's coin as I almost agree (vise job) but my question is on the 1973 coin where the letters are on the rim and in the fields.......the rim is also flattened and all letters are present. BUT on the op's coin all letters "in god we trust" are present but the rim is not flattened is there a reason for this?? especially in the area of "in god".
