    Overdate coins are found on older coins. Early 1900's and before. Unless it's the 1942 over 1941 Mercury Dime! Doubled 1969 S - This is what you need to look for. This is my reference picture;

    While "called" an over date, it is really a doubled die. The same rings true for the 1943/42 Jefferson nickel.
