Looking for info on a token

    I forget what it was called, so I figure I will ask the experts...

    It was about 35-40mm, I believe bi-metal with a brass or gold tone center, had multiple currency denominations on the reverse. It is a token.

    Anyone know?

    Good, the Academy has started now, passed first exam on legal & law last week. How about yourself?

    That could be anything from car wash tokens to casino chips to EUROS.

    I need a clear description, here is what it could be.

    Here is what the reverse would look like, I believe it is from either the late 1800's or early 1900's. The reverse has a bunch of different currency types around the smaller circles.

    (I don't think it says euro if it is from that time period btw :smuggrin:)

    Here is what I found on it:

    "3087. 835 Bickford Dollar - Currency PATTERN, 1897. A privately issued coinage pattern, the idea approved by the US Mint. "Combination coin... Good in all Nations, etc"; values of dollar in different countries. Interesting pattern piece which should probably be listed in the Red Book. Bi-metal AL/BR, F/VF, nice.

    $100.00-200.00+"
