i found a super nice and crisp $100 dollar 1990 bill, it is from New York and condition is Between Ef-45 and Au to me and it is pretty crisp, a good amount were printed though do you think this bill is worth keeping? I don't really want to hang onto it so either it will be sold or put back into circulation!! What do you guys think i should do ??
Since you don't want to hang onto it, try selling it before putting back into circulation. You pretty much answered your question already.
A 1990 $100 (non-star) is listed as FV in every grade except UNC in BNR. If someone says it's worth more, then PM them and make a deal.
Any FRN series 1950 and later in circulated condition is not worth keeping, even the famous Barr notes and I would be surprised to find someone pay above face for it.
Are you sure about that? Sold for $431.25 http://currency.ha.com/itm/federal-...-note-pmg-very-fine-25/a/311022-32254.s#Photo That's not an error note or a star note. Time to learn more about FRNs.
Funkee is right, but the exceptions are very rare, and almost seldom show up in circulation.......like this 88A WEB B-L block note,
