found this one going through my Canadian collection. at first glance I thought it to be scratches but then with a closer inspection I realized that it wasn’t. (on the obverse side) You can clearly see a maple leaf going in the opposite direction. (on the reverse side) it appears that there’s a few images of a no shoulder fold Queen near the letters and neck. On the back side of her head I am not sure what that image is it has me puzzled. the coin itself is is in beautiful condition Progressive Indirect Design Transfer) https://www.error-ref.com/progressive-indirect-design-transfer/
i would definitely like to get an x-ray of this one. 64-65 was a transition year. Moving from the young Queen with a reef on her head to a crown in 65. As well as the No shoulder fold in 64. it appears that there’s several images here at different angles. This one definitely has me stumped. would definitely like to hear more expert opinions on this one… @paddyman98
You aren't wrong. PIDT is ghost like. These are clash marks. There is nothing about the stage of your coin that says it is a late die stage coin.
