You know how two months ago I found a 170 degree rotated die 1994? Well I just found another! I though that finding one was great but find another two months later is pretty cool. Also, I noticed that the slant of the reverse is opposite in each coin, which means that they are probably not made by the same dies. Here are both rotated dies side by side Here is what I mean by the opposite slant One centered one way the other the opposite.
Damn, you have way too much time on your hands - better get a hobby like coin collecting............ Oh wait!
The weird thing is that after searching the box with the other 1994 I took a penny box searching break so the two 1994 coins were back to back. Don't worry though, I did 20 boxes of dimes and halves between the two boxes though
The reason they are opposite is because there two big rotation errors that year, the 165 and the 170. It appears that I have both.
’Twas brillig, and the slithy toves Did gyre and gimble in the wabe: All mimsy were the borogoves, And the mome raths outgrabe.
I've been flipping 94's since you found your first one a few months back. I have yet to come across one.
